Management Skill Required

Assalamualaikum...

Past few years experiences in Corporate, really thought me a lesson of life and what the do's and the don'ts for a management's team, being new manager, the middle management and also the top management team.

Regardless whether you are in small company or a big multinational company, the basis are the same. 3 things are VERY IMPORTANT: technical, human and conceptual.

So, just check in which level you are currently in, if you are not a manager by certain level, REMEMBER, you are still a leader on your own and manager for in kind.

Hold on this tight, you wont be lost.

Baby Boss in The House

Assalamualaikum

Movie is considered as entertainment and when its entertainment, the budget is only for once a month. 

And the kids skipped March's allocation, so they could watch Baby Boss AND Power Rangers (urghh) in April.

Smart huh.

I Will Survive

Assalamualaikum....

Masa farewell aritu, lepas makan2 satu hari, the team ajak karaoke di Pavillion. Memula tu semua orang malas2 nak nyanyi, kecuali sorang dua yang hardcore mat minah melalak...memang setiap lagu dia belasah .. paling tidak pun jadi back up singer.

Cuma bila sampai satu lagu ni, memang semua orang nyanyi nak terkeluar anak tekak, as if macam nak bagi keluar semua sakit hati dan stress yang dah lama duduk dalam badan.

Lagu apa?

Jap.

Well, lirik memang macam putus cinta, tapi kalau dikaitkan pada pekerjaan pun sama sahaja, atau pun kehidupan semasa. 

Jangan sesekali mengalah, percaya pada Allah, dan sentiasa berdoa. Allah knows best. Dan peracangan Allah adalah sebaik-baik perancangan untuk hidup kita. InsyaAllah.
