Past few years experiences in Corporate, really thought me a lesson of life and what the do's and the don'ts for a management's team, being new manager, the middle management and also the top management team.
Regardless whether you are in small company or a big multinational company, the basis are the same. 3 things are VERY IMPORTANT: technical, human and conceptual.
So, just check in which level you are currently in, if you are not a manager by certain level, REMEMBER, you are still a leader on your own and manager for in kind.
