Tetapkan Hati

Assalamualaikum...

Figuratively, things changes steadily over past 2 years. We both are more comfortable doing stuff without the maid, even Ilham, when Tokcik decided to move back to Kedah (read: no maid at all to clean the house for 2 times a week, or to iron the school uniform after this). We are weighing the options, whether to place the kids at transit or get a new maid, and Ilham chose the 1st option. Lagi best tak ada orang asing dalam rumah mama. Good girl.

And at work, if you can recall my struggles, and my never ending fight with the team, i think its just getting better now. Even my GM commented on this in my PPA. How? Just accept that people comes in many form. You can expect them to understand you. The best you should do, just try to figure out how to adapt, without losing your own identity.

And i found the ayat above is so powerful, and a good reminder to myself. What we are, and what we have, even to finest details of whats we feels and think, is not belongs to us. It is under Allah's care and Will.

So when you love something, love moderately. Or when you hate something, teach yourselves to limit the hatred. Learn to have everything in moderate. I am still learning, myself.
